Rooms from €75 (EUROs) per night based on 2 people sharing, including breakfast.
( excluding mandatory City Taxes )

High season: 01/October – 31/December, 01/January – 30/April (inclusive)

Reservations are made and accepted on the following terms:

* Prices are based on 2 people sharing and are inclusive of breakfast.

* Prices exclude mandatory city tax and airport transfers.

* Credit card payments are subject to a 2% card handling fee.

* A Booking confirmation form must be completed and returned (OR an email with the required details requested on the booking confirmation form) within 7 days of the reservation being made.

* To reserve the entire Riad (all 5 rooms) a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of the reservation being made.

* Only paying guests are allowed (No friends or visitors will be allowed to visit or stay at Dar Rocmarra) without prior written agreement from the Management.

* No food or drink is allowed to be brought in from outside.

Our cancelation policy:
28 days prior to arrival – No fee charged.
Less than 28 days – 100% of the first night will be charged.
No show – Total price of the reservation will be charged.

We strongly suggest guests take out travel insurance to cover and protect themselves against cancellation charges and possible loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, adverse weather conditions, flight traffic delays etc.
